Continue Reading →
What am I making into a life lesson for my sons?
After living fifty-nine years, I realize that the greatest lessons my father gave me, whether through his life or through his words, boil down to two things: not complaining about the circumstances given to me, and not resisting people. When I was young, I did not see those things in my father as lessons. I... Continue Reading →
The Perfection Through Baptism
Minku Chang, 20 November 2025. Baptism in the name of Jesus is death. The Scripture makes this clear. Paul writes in Romans 6:4 that “we were buried with Him through baptism into death.” A little later, he also says, “you also have died to the law” (Romans 7:4). Since he has been speaking about baptism... Continue Reading →
Always Remember!
Nobel Prize winner Han Kang said that the question, “Can the past revive the present, and can the dead revive the living?” was the motif of her writings to date. The situation in Korea after President Yoon Seok-Yeol declared martial law on December 3rd clearly shows that past experiences are securing the present. This is... Continue Reading →
Continue Reading →
Hard To Follow 비록 쉽지는 않지만 …
Written by Kyle Rye / Translated by Minku Chang One of the great fallacies of discipleship is that once you become a follower of Jesus, life gets easier. That’s just not true. Nowhere in the Bible are we promised that following Christ makes life easier. In fact, the Bible indicates that the exact opposite is... Continue Reading →

To Those Suffering From Their BEING
In a Korean proverb, there is a saying, “A big pot cannot fit into a small pot.” Surprisingly, this simple Korean proverb has given me a lot of comfort. It has provided me with wisdom to overcome the pain, sorrow, and turmoil that I, as a minority, experienced in the majority society. Furthermore, this experience... Continue Reading →
Faith Beyond Failure
For humans, failure is unavoidable. Failure can come from human limits, mistakes, or even sin. It is the same for Christians. However, there is a big difference regarding failure between those with faith and those without. What makes the difference? It is not that failure happens because it happens to all people. The story of... Continue Reading →

마태복음 5:16 빛을 비추라
In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven. In the same way는 마찬가지로 즉, likewise의 의미다. Let your light shine before others는 주어가 없는 명령문이다. Please, have him call me. 그분에게 저에게 전화를 하라고해주세요. Did you have your hair cut? 머리 깎았습니까? Please,... Continue Reading →
An Aspect of Righteousness
No one can go into heaven without proper righteousness, as the Lord clearly says in Matthew 5:20, "For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven." So then, it is essential to know what proper righteousness is. There is an aspect we... Continue Reading →
