The Way To Us

The way gives wisdom and truth to the human being. It is because the human being needs the standard by which it can make the right decision. It is because it is the only being of all the creatures that has free will to make decisions. Therefore, the human being needs the revelation of the wisdom and truth of the way. For this reason one of the goods the way does to the human being is the revelation of the wisdom and truth.

One of the main purpose of the being of the way is, as discussed earlier, for the Designer to do good to the creatures. As the Designer always does good, so does the way. In other words, the being of the way is only for good; there is no evil in it. However, the good that the way does and the good of the way’s being originate from the Designer. For example, the revelation of the wisdom and truth to the human being is one of the goods the Designer does to the human being through the way. Therefore, what the way does between the Designer and the receiver of the good of him is mediating.

The series of this week talks about what the way does for the human being. It is revelation and mediating. This discussion will give us the idea of what the way is for the human being more specifically.

The revelation of the way to the human being is for it to make right decisions. The human being is the only free agency in the nature so it is special. As it is so special, it has responsibility to make right decisions. As one makes wrong decisions, s/he deviates from the Designer. Therefore, for the human beings to make the decisions that do not go against the will of the Designer they have to have the revelation.

The revelation for the human being specifically is what the Designer purported for it as he initiated it and endowed it with the free will. What the Designer purported for the human being, the free agency, is to be his delegate in the universe. In other words, it must be for the human being to carry out the will of the Designer. Therefore, what is revealed to the human being specifically is the will of the Designer so that the human being could do it in the universe.

It is obvious that the will of the Designer is to do good always to the creatures he fashioned and sustains. Doing good always is the outcome of the nature of the Designer, which is the perfect goodness as discussed earlier. Therefore, for the human beings to be the delegates of the Designer who do always good to others, they have to attain the nature of the Designer, the perfect goodness. It means that the human beings have to have the nature of the Designer. For to this, the revelation of the way for the human being specifically is the image of the Designer from which they can learn his nature.

For the human being to know what the image of God is, one thing they have to figure out is the nature of the Designer. For this discussion, it is not so difficult to figure it out because we have built our discussion on the idea of the Designer that he is the perfect goodness (do you remember?). If we remember further, for him to be the goodness, he is always doing goodness.

Always doing goodness is the outcome of the nature of the Designer. Goodness does good as it reches the reciever. Goodness means something good to the receiver. It is one way thing. It is love. Love is doing goodness with no restriction or condition of its receiver. Only the being which has the perfect goodness can do it. Therefore, the nature of the Designer, who is the perfect goodness is love. In other words, the Desingner is love.

Love is the nature the human being has to attain as for it it to be the delegate of the Designer. As the Designer does good to the creature out of his nature, that is love, for his delegate to do what he would does to the universe, it has to attain love as its nature. Therefore, what the way reveals specifically for the the human being is love.

The other thing the way mainly does to the human being beside the revelation is mediating. It means the way works as the path between the Designer, the origin, and the human being, the receiver. Without the way it is impossible for anything to be done to the human being by the Designer; as he is the originator of all creatures, it is impossible for the human being even to exist without the way.

As what the Designer does is goodness, what is being mediated through the way for the human beings are blessings of the Designer. In other words, the way is the mediator between the Designer and the human being to deliver the blessings to the human beings from the Designer. In this respect, the way is the path of blessings out of love as the Designer is love.

All the goodnesses and the blessings from the Designer to the human beings through the way is out of love of the Designer. So one thing the way does is to reconcile the human beings who deviated from the will of the Designer. They deviated by using their free will not in accordance with the nature the human being has to attain according to that of the Designer, love. The best goodness is to give the receiver chances to correct its mistakes and faults. For to this, the way reveals to the human being the will of God in various forms, demonstrates the blessings, and appeals for forgiveness for those to the Designer.

As the way reveals the will of the Designer and mediates between the human beings and him, the nature of the way can be inferred. The will of the Designer that the way reveals is the truth, as we discussed earlier. What the way does for the human beings, as they fail in going along with the will of the Designer, is grace. Therefore, the inference leads to the conclusion that the nature of the way is truth and grace.

The nature of the way, truth and grace, is based on the character of the Designer, love. The revelation of the truth is out of his love as well as the reconciliation through the grace is. Therefore, the truth and the grace are the ways by which the way relates the love of the Designer.

Therefore, the way is always love to the human being. It is the image of the Designer and the image is that of love. It is the fulness of the goodness of the Designer to the human being. In other words, for us, human beings, the way is always love. Without its love, we were not initiated, we are not blessed, and we are not able to be reconciled as we have deviated from the Designer. Therefore, as we comform ourselves to the will of the Sesigner, we do to nature of the way. In other words, as we attain the image of the Designer, we attain the nature of the way, which is full of truth and grace.
